I declined, of course, and she lamented the fact that she would not see me again before we left for Japan, "having so many things to say and so many addresses to give". I told her that you had been in Paris since yesterday, that you would surely go and greet her (I understand she won't be going to Mexico) and that she could give you all this advice. I also said that we'd spoken on American Radio about the concerts in the street, with great praise"...
