GUARDING THE BODY OF THE KING OF THE FIRST KING
MODEL 1814/1815
Round barrels remnants of gilded friezes at
thunderbolts, dated 1814 B (only one barrel
has these markings). Plates of type
an IX engraved "Manuf Rle Maubeuge",
punched by Bouissavi Daniel controller
in Maubeuge from 1808 to 1816., Forewords
of underguard cut out in the shape of flower
of engraved lilies, ovoid caps with the arms
of France engraved under crowns, surrounded
of laurel wreaths. All trimmings
punched brass by the famous controller
Dechasseaux. All the screws are
guilloché with floral pattern. Walnut stocks
punched and stamped, one: 87,
the other: 62. nail-type sticks.
