its original case. In chiselled gold, oval in shape.



Hinged lid bearing in the centre,



on a background of a basketry-style grid,



the number N. It is composed of two palms



ending in acanthus leaves,



in a cartouche on an amati gold background encircled



with a garland of laurels and framed by a floral frieze



in blue enamel. Surrounding area decorated in sequence,



decorated with four enamelled rosettes, background decorated



with a wickerwork grid surrounded



by two blue enamelled friezes, one of dots,



the other of flowers.
