" Galerie du musée Napoléon " published by Filhol and written by Joseph
Lavallée in 10 volumes dedicated to His Majesty the Emperor Napoleon I.
In Paris, at Filhol, artist-engraver and publisher, rue de l'Odéon, n°35,
de l'imprimerie de Gilles Fils, 1810. Green leather goods with large
imperial arms in the centre of the upper and lower plate.
The back, with 5 nerves, is in insulated green morocco and decorated with four golden imperial eagles
between the nerves. The edge is gilded.
The portraits are engraved by FILHOL and the engravings are numbered
from 1 to 720. However, plates 552 and 553 are missing and have not been delivered
.
All 10 volumes have freckles and rubs.
