MEETING OF TWO PILASTERS in moulded and sculpted oak consisting of a base decorated with a large shell enclosed in two horns of plenty overflowing with flowers and acanthus leaves. The central part is patterned with a fleuron in a gadrooned surround and a female mask. The upper part is decorated with a shell and interlacing foliage. The entablature is decorated with friezes of flowers. Corinthian capital. One was formerly rechampi.
