These collages are part of a set of about twenty-five works dated 1920s. These pieces were made in the 1960s at the request of amateurs wishing to acquire old works by Annenkov. In the artist's body of work, these collages constitute a separate, highly diverse section that includes elements from the 1920s, such as cuts from his own articles. One of these works, the "Collage at the Amiens Cathedral" is now in the Thyssen-Bornemiza collection| another is in the MOMA in New York.
