After the 203 and 403, Peugeot calls on Pininfarina for the 404, which creates a different bodywork from the one of the saloon model. With the success we all know followed. With the 504 launched in 1968, the manufacturer from Sochaux confirms the rules and metamorphoses a quiet four-door sedan into an  elegant coupe worthy of the productions transalpines. The model that we present for sale is accompanied by a meticulously crafted file supplemented and completed by its successive owners. Sold new in Finistère, the first invoices date back from 1984 and attest to regular maintenance by two specialists of the brand in Brittany and Normandy, more precisely in the Cotentin region, at the Hardel garage, which was then run by the brother-in-law of the owner of the vehicle. Its second owner will take possession of it in November 1996 and will keep it preciously until November 2006. A large number of invoices and a summary of the kilometres travelled make it possible to follow the history of this car until its 3rd owner from 2006 to 2014 in Belgium.
