Beautiful and large portrait of Mercator, engraved on copper and dated 1574, glued on the upper counterplate. A double-page map of France added and a map of Upper and Lower Alsace, dated 1727, added (three-part map, covered

Title of the first game doubled, that of the second came up with a transverse tear at the foot. Repaired transverse tear in the dedication sheet of the second part. A few marginal wet spots and cracks. Trace of wetness on the second course, small vellum snags.
