Miller writes : « Impossible to do as you wish. Am deep in a new book (Nexus) which I have shelved four times since fi ve years. Hope you will forgive me». He remembers M. Messières «Yes ! Life is short !» and is pleased to hear of Moy stay in Edimburg. Miller gives a few comments on art: « The only studies (sic) of nature I enjoy are by Chinese or Japanese artists. The rest leaves me cold ».
