Erratum : Contrary to what is mentioned in the catalogue, the vehicle is sold without contrôle technique.
To fill the gap between the 924 and the 911 SC, Porsche introduced the 944 in 1981. This model followed the philosophy of
its smaller sibling in the range and underwent significant developments during its lifetime, the most important being in 1985
with the release of the S2.
The S2 brought significant changes to bring the 944 into the modern era, and in 1989, Porsche introduced its convertible
version, which remained in the catalogue for only two years.
Our example was delivered new in this superb Guards Red colour with a black leather interior. In 1998, it joined the garage of an enthusiast in the Netherlands, who kept it until 2022, when our client purchased it.
Today, the car has less than 96,000 kilometres on the odometer and is in good overall condition. The paintwork, which was
redone many years ago, is well preserved, as is the upholstery, which shows only a few minor signs of wear. It is also in good
working order, but a service should be considered, as the last one was some time ago.
