2010 FERRARI 599 GTB Fiorano HGTE
French registration title One of the rarest Ferraris, produced in only 300 examples Factory” HGTE (Handling Gran Turismo Evoluzione) version with original technical and cosmetic optimisations designed by Maranello for the most demanding customers Sold new at Pozzi in Levallois-Perret; second hand since 2014, duplicate keys, user manuals and service booklet Fabulous V12 engine borrowed from the Ferrari Enzo (620 hp, 0 to 100 km/h in 3.7’, 330 km/h) Only 38,118 km on the odometer, just out of service in the network With the heavy task of replacing the 550 and then the 575 Maranello, the Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano displays exceptional performances, close to the Enzo from which it borrows its engine! But in 2009, Ferrari decided not to stop there and offered the HGTE (Handling Gran Turismo Evoluzione) pack option for the most demanding customers, allowing it to gain more than half a second on the Fiorano test track. While the fabulous V12 remains the same, the F1 gearbox control is quicker and offers the possibility of downshifting several gears in a row with a prolonged press of the paddle, the lower gears are favoured in Sport modes and the throttle control is also revised to be more responsive. But that’s not all, the 599 HGTE is lower (-10mm), the suspension firmer, and the wheels lighter despite their larger dimensions. Externally, the 599 GTB Fiorano HGTE is recognisable at first glance but the changes don’t stop there. The cabin is where the specific presentation effort is more pronounced with leather and Alcantara upholstery with embroidered logos, scattered carbon accents and the rev counter with a white background (yellow in the 599 GTB). The HGTE pack was either a €21,000 factory option or a kit to be retrofitted at the dealership but without the interior upgrades. Collectors have understood that the versions equipped with the HGTE Pack, originally fitted by the Maranello factory, are by far the most sought after. Our example is certainly one of the most desirable on the market today. Originally French, it was the model’s presentation vehicle at Pozzi before being sold to its first owner in May 2011. Its original colour is Grigio Silverstone and its leather and alcantara interior (including the rear deck) is enhanced by numerous carbon inserts. It was purchased in August 2014 by its current owner, an active member of the Ferrari Club France. After more than 19,000 km of driving, the car is offered for sale with all its user manuals, service book, spare keys and original car radio. Regularly serviced, first at Pozzi’s and at Lecoq’s in Bezons, it has been serviced since 2015 at Ferrari Gauduel where it has just completed the annual maintenance recommended by the manufacturer
