"Bonaparte" and one unsigned, Saint-Cloud 19 vendemiaire and 6 brumaire X [Oct. 11 and 28, 1802], to Consul CAMBACÉRÈS; the letters (except one) are written by Méneval; each on 1 page in-4, 3 with vignette engraved with the name of Bonaparte I Consul of the Republic. [76, 77, 78 and 79] 19 vendemiaire. He asks him to "see what salary the conseillers d'État who are in charge of an administrative part received during the year 10, in order to know if they received the extraordinary salary that I intend to grant them"... 6 brumaire. He asks to investigate "if one has knowledge of the mines of iron discovered in Farino, Isle of Corsica, that one says very abundant"...(not signed). - About the interrogations of Prince Moliterno Pignatelli: "I did not understand anything with this interrogation. It results from it only that Moliterno is an intriguer ". Note dictated to Duroc: "I ask the Cit. Cambaceres to engage the cit. Thibaudeau to see this man as well as the two other Neapolitans arrested, to question them and to make him a report"... - A great quantity of business prevents him from leaving. "Come tonight to S.
