1990 CITROËN 2 CV 6
Original low mileage Attractive estimate One of the very last 2CV built French registration title Chassis n° VF7AZKA00KA372238 Abrilliant concept, the Citroën 2CV is a simple and robust car requiring little maintenance. Its origins date back to the 1930s when Pierre Jules Boulanger, an engineer with the brand, launched a project for a TPV (Toute Petite Voiture). He was helped by the brilliant designer Flaminio Bertoni and André Lefèvre. With a career spanning more than 42 years, it is one of the most famous cars in the world, selling more than 5 million units. The 2CV presented in these pages was first put into circulation on 13 August 1990, which theoretically makes it one of the last cars built in Portugal. The celeste blue colour ref EMB is matched here with a tartan interior. This one has just over 33170 original kilometres on the clock and comes to us in excellent condition, never restored and very fresh. The current owner bought the car in 2015 and will only drive it very occasionally but will carry out routine maintenance on its purchase. The exhaust was changed as well as the ignition and the engine oil changed. The original tyres have been deliberately left on the 2CV, as they show how little the car has been used. The paintwork is in excellent condition, the upholstery shows no noticeable wear and the engine runs perfectly. Our test drive will confirm that this car is just waiting for its new owner to take it for a spin! The technical check is less than 6 months old and is valid.
