A Kutani porcelain cup and saucer, of the "eggshell" type, with polychrome and gold decoration of young women walking and birds and peonies, in cartouches on a background of foliage and paulownia flowers, the rims decorated with brocade motifs. On the reverse, the mark Dai Nihon Kaga kuni Wataya sei, "Made by Wataya of the province of Kaga in Great Japan" H. cup : 6,2 cm - D. cup : 6,6 cm D. saucer : 12,8 cm (Slight firing defect at the level of the bird inside the cup)
