MINI BRITISH OPEN CLASSIC 1995
Only 35,000 km Known history Special British open series French registration Chassis number: SAXXNYAXRBD098537 Launched in 1959 by the British Motor Corporation, the Mini is an icon of the Sixties. Elegant, agile and efficient in urban traffic as well as on more hostile and sporty terrains, this revolutionary and economical car for its time has delighted generations of drivers. In 1992 some changes will lead to the arrival of the MK6 which will be produced until 1997. The catalyst and injection engines will succeed the carburettor engines. All the Mini will be equipped with a 1300cc engine, which will develop 50 hp. Among the new limited series of the range will be the Mini British Open Classic, equipped with an electric canvas sunroof. This new series will proudly display the colour British Racing Green, with the body colour being used on the mirrors. The bodywork will be decorated with decorative nets and golden logos. For the interior, there will be velvet or beige leather seats, depending on the country of export. The handles, grille and bumpers will be chrome-plated. This limited series will be produced in about 1500 copies. The small English car we present was delivered by the Rover Land dealership in Neuilly-sur-Seine on January 16, 1995. Its file and clear history allow us to certify its very low mileage. This Mini in very good condition is equipped with a beige velvet interior, a car radio and its electric sunroof is functional. The engine starts at a quarter of a turn, an engine oil change has been done before the sale. It proved its agility during the road test, which was very satisfying. Our British Open limited edition with only 35,000 km on the clock is an excellent opportunity.
