Chronograph Ref. CK2077 1942 Steel case no. 9978805 Hand-wound mechanical movement Calibre 33.3 CHRO no. 9387xxx Diam: 38 mm OMEGA leather strap CK2077 Provenance National Marine The ck2077 reference was launched in 1937. It is a mythical and very important reference since it is the first waterproof chronograph of the brand with screwed back and waterproof pushers. It is a model produced in very few copies and of which only a few still exist today. This watch has an interesting history since it was delivered new on February 12, 1942 in France, during the Second World War, as confirmed by the Omega archive extract. It was supplied to a member of the French Navy and has specific features linked to his military assignment: as on the Longines Marine Nationale of the same period, the serial number of the case is re-engraved on the horn of the last three serial numbers, the movement also has a specific marking, engraved with an "M". This watch is a rare opportunity to acquire one of the mythical references in Omega's history while having a unique French military history and assignment. MON2021
